Rules and Terms of Service
As the artist I reserve the right to refuse any commission that goes against the terms detailed below. By purchasing the provided services it is assumed that you accept and understand the conditions required. Failure to adhere to the T.o.S may result in black-listing and or other legal action.
General etiquette
Commissions may take anywhere between two weeks to a month to complete depending on the complexity of the requested piece.
All stages of the commission will be provided (concept, lining, paint) and the commissioner may hold the right to request alteration within reason.
References are appreciated but not mandatory; characters and concepts from pre-existing media will be drawn as per my interpretation.
Commissioner has the right to: retweet, repost, or share the artwork created as long as I am properly accredited for its creation.
Should the artwork be resold I reserve the right to black-list the buyer and take legal action depending on the severity of the art theft.
Commissioned art is NOT to be used to fund AI banks.
Watermarks are non-negotiable with the exception of specially commissioned Sonas/OC character sheets.
Promoting and sharing my work is greatly appreciated; Links to my Discord, Tumblr, Twitter, Bluesky and Carrd are preferred.
Total Price for physical merchandise is calculated by the amount of time put into each piece and labor cost of purchased item (for physical merchandise: stickers, keycharms, T-Shirts, etc).
Payment and Refunds
Payment will be recieved through Paypal. Invoices will be available should they be requested.The Artist asks that payment be delivered up front or split between the beginning of the commission and the end (half now, half later). Should this not be viable, I am willing to negotiate payment plan.Refunds will be delivered if the (I), the artist, fail to deliver the commission on a timely manner. Refunds are given by a case-to-case basis and are not always guaranteed. Refunds are NOT given after the commission is declared (50%+) completed.
